Favourite GAA moment: Receiving my New York All Star No. 7 & Australasia All Star 2007 being picked to represent Australia in Ladies World Cup

Worst GAA moment: Losing the All Ireland Club Final – devastating! .

Favourite GAA player and why? Peter Canavan.  He is an inspiration to players young and old and at all levels. A level headed Gentleman throughout all of his accolades, who is the epitomy of commitment, determination and dedication to the GAA. Also, He is married to a Carrickmore woman & everyone knows – Behind every good man there is a great woman!!

How can the GAA advance in years to come?  Introduce a ladies football team and a hurling team to the club. The functions and websites are a great way for the teams to interact and support each other. Encouragement to support the club as a whole must continue to be endorsed, both for male and female teams.  A club as one will be more successful than a club divided.

What do you love about Australia and why?:  Love the lifestyle and meeting ones from all over Ireland that you would never get the chance to meet at home. I feel people make more of an effort when away from home.

While in Australia, what do you miss most about home? Family, Friends, Car and Dogs.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Owning my own business, with ventures in several others as well as property.   Being financially independent, indulging in regular travel, luxuries and adventures.  Making the most of life at all times, surrounded by family and friends. Building and living in my own house.

If you had 3 wishes what would they be? Win an All Ireland Club Medal, Health, Wealth and Happiness.
